Steve Madigan
Managing Partner, Risk Management

Steve has been in the insurance and risk management business for more than 30 years.  Along with serving many commercial clients, he has had high involvement with the State of Michigan and the Federal Government negotiating on behalf of Indian communities advising as an insurance provider and risk manager on multiple level construction requirements for hospitality and entertainment venues, gaming operations, residential development, resort development, manufacturing and raw land development; multiple projects that have commanded budgets exceeding $500mm.  Steve holds an MBA from Central Michigan University with a focus in finance and is a past board director of three Michigan banks.


Ken Kutchey
Managing Partner, Finance

Ken has more than 18 years of financial leadership background in both the public and private sectors.  He has held multi-million dollar responsibilities including overseeing day-to-day financial operations as well as being intimately involved with long term strategic acquisitions and entrepreneurial planning.  Private industry activities include significant exposure to internationally based entities and the financial / legal challenges faced therein.  Ken is a licensed CPA and Attorney.


Greg George
Managing Partner, Operations and Training Program Development

Greg has directed field intelligence, security management and counter-terrorism operations while assigned to the National Security Agency, and other departments within the intelligence community and government services at the command level; including the State Department, White House Operations and Congress serving under four administrations.  Greg also contributes nearly 20 years experience as an advisor to the corporate executives, venture capital and other private equity partners, and the legal community on matters regarding mergers, new investments, domestic and global threat analysis, enhanced due diligence, protecting field operations, and preventing corporate espionage.  Greg has taught as an adjunct professor at Humber College Center for Justice Studies, Essex College and Lake Superior State University.
